I guess you missed the Tea House mod. First, you need to find Robin and build a small house, then find Robin again to upgrade the small house into a Tea House. His hidden conditions may be Robin's Level 4 Friendship and unlocking the Kitchen. I'm using the English translation of the web version. There might be some unclear parts. Hope it helps!
